to consume, and thus be consumed by. to possess, and thus be possessed by. there is no attachment without reciprocal exchange, for positive or worse. to have and to hold.

i made the prototype for this months before making this available to the public and in the time since making it, I've barely touched it. it sits on the corner of my desk and i use it to connect myself with the dead that i've aligned with. in exchange for my cooperation, i am safe, protected, and purposeful. i would not currently attempt to use this as any form of a manipulative tool unless i was given the permission required (materially/spiritually) to feel confident doing so, but you totally could. i am but a smith. i am making this available, but not encouraging the reckless mishandling of it. you must treat the opportunity with the level of significance you desire it to have. "no sacrifice, no victory." the heart, a vital organ, should be treasured. i work hard to make these especially consistent in shape so that they can be as anatomically accurate as possible, making them more effective in use.

• incorporate the totem into full moon releasing ceremonies or rituals
• decorate an area of your life that you want to reflect your heartspace
• carry it with you (securely) to places where you want to be emotionless
• assign it to a past lover/traumatic event that you need to cut ties with and destroy it in the way you feel called to
• place it on an altar to significate your devotion to a higher power/love (1227) (1144)
